Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. While I do understand that unanticipated events occur, failure to cancel in 24 hrs of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% to the card on file. There's a 10 minute grace period. Failure to arrive on time will result to you not receiving all scheduled services. After the grace period, your appointment is subject to being cancelled. Any deposit paid will be forfeited. If the stylist is available to service you, there will be a $25 fee in addition to scheduled services. No show will result in a 100% charge to the card on file for the scheduled services and you will be permanently banned. A valid debit/credit card is required to secure all appointments. Services over $100 will require a minimum of $50 deposit at the time of booking. New clients are required to pay full price at the time of booking. Deposits made will go toward services rendered.
